My approach works best if you are already familiar with one or more of the mainstream approaches—DORA, SPACE, ToC, Value Stream Management, DevOps—and want to go broader and deeper. My methods rethink measurement from first principles while remaining compatible with, and deepening those practices.
If you're new to this space or satisfied with simpler metrics that come with the mainstream approaches, they are likely a better option for you.
